73, of Plainfield, passed away Friday, May 5, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. Virginia was born in Chicago to the late William and Frances (nee Marr) Milligan. Loving mother of David (Samantha) Soraghan, Eric Soraghan, and Matthew (Lorie) Soraghan; cherished grandmother of Matthew, Carly, Shea, Danny, Nicholas, Ryan, Kevin, and Sidney Soraghan; dear sister of Jackie Fournier, the late Patricia, the late Helen, and the late Carol. Virginia was a Special Education Teacher and a Registered Nurse and was always reading and learning. Family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd.
