Age 74, of Tinley Park passed away Sunday, November 8th, 2020 at Lemont Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.

Violet is survived by her loving family, daughters, Dawn (Kevin) Schultz, Diana (Scott) Kunz, grandchildren, Braedon Kunz, Abigail Kunz and numerous cousins.

Violet was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Delma Betz (Porter) and brother Francis Betz.

Violet was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox. She greatly enjoyed playing board games, bingo, cards and going to the casino as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren.

DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC; WEARING A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND AND FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE FUNERAL HOME AT THIS TIME.

Family will receive friends Thursday, November 12th, 2020 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 from 5:00 PM until time of the funeral service at 7:00 PM.
