Age 101 ½, passed away peacefully Monday, July 7, 2014 surround by her family and friends. She had many loving nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded by her parents John and Augusta (nee Block) Wischhover; her sisters, Lizzie (August) Carlson and Lillie (Ervin) Wagner; her brothers Otto (Alice) and Edward (infant) and an uncle, Fred Block. She was a devoted member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Frankfort, belonging to the Women's Fellowship, Sunday School Treasurer, and the Women's Quilters Group for many years. The family would like to offer a special thank you to all her faithful friends, family, caregivers and Vitas Hospice. In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Tillie's name to St. Peter's Elevator Fund or Vitas Hospice, Tinley Park would be appreciated. Visitation will be Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort from 2 – 7PM. Funeral Service at St. Peter's UCC, 12 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort on Monday, July 14, 2014 with visitation from 10:00AM until time of Service at 10:30AM. Interment St. Peters Cemetery,Green Garden Township.
