50, of Braceville, passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 8, 2014 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. Tom was employed by Kaluzny Bros. Inc. He is survived by his loving family; his wife Wendy (nee Crawford); children, Niki (Ryan) Micheletto, Amanda (Glen) Reyelts, Heather (T.J.) Henderson, Sara George and Tommy George; grandchildren, Kaylee, Mia and Raegan Micheletto, Matthew, Zachary and Grace Reyelts, and Lexi Henderson; his mother, brother and sister also survive. In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Tom's name to Gift of Hope would be appreciated. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 4 - 9PM. Funeral service Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 10:30AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Private.
