THOMAS GLAZEWSKI

Age 69, of Tinley Park, passed away on Thursday, July 10th, 2014 at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL.

Thomas is survived by his loving family, wife, Judy Glazewski (Spector), children, David (Darla) Glazewski, Kristin (David) Cobb, grandchildren, Jackson Cobb, Madelyn Cobb and Charlie Cobb.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony & Delphine Glazewski (Lekaszewski).

Thomas was an Air Force Veteran.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Sunday, July 20th, 2014 from 3:00 PM until time of funeral service at 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
