64, of New Lenox, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Therese was born in Chicago to the late Edmund and Helen (nee Krush) Gawrysiak. Loving mother of Christine (Tom) Hincks, Robert (Jennifer) Markulin, Katherine (Kevin McTernan) Markulin and Steve (Kate) Markulin; cherished MEMAW of T.J., Jake, and Ryan Hincks, Mariano and Genevieve DiGangi, Charlie and Ava McTernan, Evie and Therese Markulin; dear sister of Edmund (Vicky) Gawrysiak and the late Christine Gawrysiak; wife of Robert J. Markulin. Therese retired as a Radiology Supervisor from South Chicago Community Hospital. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 2-8PM. Funeral Service Thursday, December 17, 2015 with chapel prayers at 11:30AM, to St. Jude Catholic Church for a 12 Noon Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Private.
