Theresa Elenore Hellriegel

Theresa Elenore Hellriegel, age 88, passed away peacefully on July 10th, 2021.

Theresa is survived by her loving children, Robert Hellriegel, Daniel Hellriegel, Cathy (Ronald) Boyer, Shirley (Glenn) Sharpe and her daughter-in-law Lisa Hellriegel; her grandchildren, Jacob (Chloe) Hellriegel, Sadie Hellriegel, Dane (Jessica) Hellriegel, Joshua (Amanda) Hellriegel, Jordan (Dana) Hellriegel, Sage (Ryan) Rogers, Nicole (Davrin) Van Wyk, Zachary (Dami) Hellriegel, Lucas (Nora) Hellriegel, Margaret (Dayton) Brenner, Cody Boyer, Alexis (Ariel) Boyer, and Tyler Sharpe; Dearest Ten great grandchildren; her brother Raymond (Linda) Hack; and nieces, nephews and family friends.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Kenneth S. Hellriegel; her son Donald Hellriegel; her parents, Joseph and Mary Hack; and her siblings, Joe Hack, Mary Wilson, Bernard Hack, and Tina Fay.

Theresa was a resident of Frankfort since 1958, she was a longtime member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Frankfort. She loved to cook, bake and be around her family and friends.

Services for Theresa will be held on Friday, July 16th, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Frankfort, starting with a reading of the eulogy at 9:30 am and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Theresa will be laid to rest with her husband at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at 12:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lightways Hospice in Theresa’s name would be appreciated.
