Age 79, of Mokena, passed away Sunday, April 28th, 2019 at her home in Mokena.

Teresa is survived by her loving family, daughter, Heather (Kevin) Birmingham, grandchildren, Patrick O’Brien, Shane Birmingham, Gavin Birmingham, Ava Birmingham, Aubrey Birmingham, sister, Rosalie Bruno, niece and nephew, Louis (Randie) Bruno, Sandy (Dan) DiCaro, great nieces and nephew, Rachel Bruno, Mikey DiCaro and Dana (Paul) Galati.

Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, Victor Grassini Sr. and her beloved son, Victor Grassini Jr.

Teresa was an active member of Calvary Church in Orland Park where she greatly enjoyed being a member of the choir and retired from Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove as counselor. Teresa prided herself as being a great mother and grandmother and truly enjoyed cooking large meals for her family and their friends and spending quality time together.

Family will receive friends Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral service, Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private at Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
