78, of Matteson formerly of Hometown, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Beloved husband of Bernadette "Bonnie" (nee Warchol); loving father of Steve (Debbie), Mark and Julie (Stephen) Kamper; cherished grandfather of Ryan, Steve, Christopher, Sam, Hailee and Brooke; dear brother of Marianne (Henry) Kaczor, Andrea (William) Buechel and Ronald (Donna); sister in law of Jackie (Jerry) Cissna and fond uncle to several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Knights of Columbus, Father CC Boyle at St. George Church Tinley Park. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, January 20, 2017 from 3pm – 9pm. Funeral service on Saturday, January 21, 2017 prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:30AM leaving for St. Anthony Church for a 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private.
