Age 80, of Joliet, passed away Friday, May 31, 2013 at Season's Hospice in Naperville.

Sophie is survived by her loving family, children, Michael (Ann) Bachman, Susan (Dennis) Wychocki, Robert Bachman, siblings, Judy Maier, John Keagle, grandchildren, Katie, Kevin, Julie, McKenna, Hannah and Brittney.

Sophie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert F. Bachman.

Sophie was a member of the United Methodist Church of New Lenox and a member of Lydia Circle.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Tuesday, June 4th, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM.
