84, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Shirley was born in Chicago to the late Robert and Henrietta (nee Dion) Guetschow. Loving mother of Allen Rooney, the late Thomas Rooney, the late Lori Rooney, and Lynn Rooney; cherished grandmother of Matthew Rooney and Patrick Rooney; dear cousin of the late Patricia Nemeth and Joanne Nemeth. Shirley was retired Town Crier Answering Service in Crestwood, IL. Due to COVID-19 and IDPH Guidelines, private family services were held. Inurnment will take place at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park, IL.
