75, late of New Lenox, formerly of Glenwood, IL, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at his home. Born in Chicago to the late Ralph and Theresa (nee Campisano) Bonfiglio; Beloved husband of Elaine (nee Gherardi); Loving father of T. Ronald (Brenda), Paul (Gina) and Donald (Jill); Cherished grandfather of Ryan and Mariah, Francesca and Vincent, Mia and Nicholas; Dear brother of Lois (Les Feldner) Bonfiglio. Ron was a former teacher, coach and Athletic Director at Thornridge High School in Dolton, IL. In lieu of flowers, Memorials in Ron's name to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, March 3, 2014 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Tuesday, March 4, 2014 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
