Ronald D. Snell

Ronald D. Snell, age 81, a resident of Matteson formerly of Plainfield and Carol Stream, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Loving husband of Mary Ann Snell (Tullio); beloved father of Ron (Giovanna) Snell, Rene (Tony) Positano and the late Randy Snell; dearest brother Margaret (late Donald) Baier and the late Guy (Anette) Snell; cherished grandfather of Felicia (Nicholas) Graham, T.J. (Chelsey) Positano, Amanda (Matt) Casagrande, Brandon Positano, Vinny Snell and Brittany Snell; proud great grandfather of Maddie, Randy, A.J., Lucas and Emree. Ronald worked as a vending machine operator and after his retirement he worked for the Plainfield Police Department as a Crossing Gaurd. He loved bowling and was very proud of bowling a perfect 300. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 8:00 PM.
