ROBERT S. POSKA

Age 79, of New Lenox, passed away on Monday, September 12th, 2016 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Robert is survived by his loving family, wife, Mary Lou Poska (Vincent) children, Diana (Scot) Anderson, Robert A. Poska, step-children, Dennis (Jennifer) Peterson, Edward (Cari Potter) Peterson, Pamela (Daniel) Perovic, sister, Frances (Rodney) Schmidt, grandchildren, Kate (Joseph) Rohmfeld, Kegan Anderson, Helena Anderson, Kyle Poska, Crystal Poska, Trent Poska, Tori Poska, step-grandchildren, John Peterson, Haley Peterson, Nicholas Peterson, Chantel Howell, Mica Ward, Mia Peterson, Mara Perovic, Anthony Perovic, Liliana Perovic and several nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley & Mary Poska (Dangiello), first wife, Marion Poska (Oppelt) and sister, Ruth Corajod.

Robert was a United States Air Force Veteran and retired from Kenworth in Markham in 2000.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, September 16th, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, September 17th, 20016 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Lithuanian National Cemetery, Justice, IL.
