ROBERT R. BRANDOLINO

Age 79, of New Lenox, passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Robert is survived by his loving family, children, Brian (Karen McNeely) Brandolino, Bruce (Wendy) Brandolino, Brad Brandolino, siblings, Richard (Alice) Brandolino, Lorraine Schiek, Raymond (Joyce) Brandolino, William (Judi) Brandolino, grandchildren, Amber Brandolino, Robert Brandolino, Bianca Brandolino, Amelia Brandolino, Ross Brandolino, Reese Brandolino, Molly Brandolino, dear friend of 22 years Donna Sorensen and many nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents Rocco & Olga Brandolino (Krzich) and wife, Barbara Brandolino (Hauck) and brother-in-law Ronald Schiek.

Robert was a United States Air Force Veteran who served his country overseas in Germany for 2 1/2 years. He was a 1966 graduate of Southern Illinois University and greatly enjoyed traveling; and did so after his retirement from Akzol Chemical Company. Robert was a sports enthusiast and in his younger years played pool, baseball, and marbles; as an adult, he was a little league coach in New Lenox for many years.

Family received friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of the funeral service at 12:00 Noon.
