ROBERT J. TRIUMPH

Age 85 of Frankfort, passed away on Tuesday, December 17th, 2019 at Kindred Hospital in Hammond IN.

Robert is survived by his loving family, wife, Sylvia Triumph (Neuens), children, Annie Triumph, Jennifer Triumph, siblings, Joseph (Beverly) Triumph and Thomas Triumph.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Diana Triumph (Sabia), siblings, Mary Ann (Frank) Badalli, Frank Triumph, Carmen Triumph and sister-in-law Geraldine Triumph.

Robert was a United States Army Veteran and the longtime owner and operator of Triumph’s Meat Emporium in Richton Park and Triumph’s Food Emporium in Frankfort. He was a very philanthropic person in the village of Frankfort and was a longtime supporter of the Candlelight Christmas Walk and the Frankfort Woman’s Guild Garden Walks.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, December 19th, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday December 20th, 2019 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM and then to St. Joseph Church, 17951 Dixie Highway, Homewood, IL 60430 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
