Robert F. Downs
Age 69, of Frankfort formerly of Chicago and Oak Lawn, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2012. He is survived by his loving family; wife Moira (nee McGuire) Downs; daughters Michaela "Shelly"(Larry Hadley) Brown and Wendy (Jim) Narel; siblings Patricia Krejca, Jack (Diane) and Dennis (Kathy) Downs; grandchildren Darnell Hadley, Dylan, Steven, Ashley and Christopher Narel; great granddaughter Kylie Hadley and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Anna Marie (nee Healy) Downs, daughter Denise Downs and brother in law Frank Krejca. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and owner of RMD Painting and Decorating in Chicago. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Tuesday, June 26th, 2012 from 3 until 9pm. Funeral service, Wednesday, June 27th, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
