Raymond "Ray" Medrano, Age 86 of Frankfort formerly of Winchester, TN., and Country Club Hills passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Loving husband of the late Lynne Medrano (DeCamp); beloved father of Rebecca Anselmo, Beth Ann (Jack) Pavilonis, Margaret “Peggy” (Patrick) McWilliams, Lori (Timothy) McElmury, Raymond (Chad Stafford) Medrano and the Late Jennifer Medrano; dearest brother of the late George (late Mary), late Joseph (Emma), late Oliver (Gertrude) Dexter, late John (Myrtle) and late Dolores Glad; cherished grandfather of Bradley, LeAnn, Tony, Kyle, Brittany, Sam, Joey, Jack, Matthew, Zachary, Jaclyn and Patrick; proud great grandfather of Mia, Liza, Addison, Gio, Lucy, EJ, Elliott, Ryan and Clark; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.. Ray was a chemical analyst for Shewin Williams Paint Company and a past volunteer fireman for Country Club Hills. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral service held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 6201 Vollmer Road, Matteson IL 60443 on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 10:00 AM, Rev. Matthew Troester officiating. Interment will follow to Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the ASPCA would be appreciated.
