Raymond L. Chaffee

Age 72 of Tinley Park, formerly of Chicago Ridge and Burbank passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016.

Raymond is survived by his loving family; wife Donna (nee Zilz) Chaffee; children Lisa Chaffee, Ray Chaffee, Scott (Sherry) Chaffee, Jennifer (Bill) Knepper, Robert (Karen) Willy and Shari (Scott) Lovingfoss; sisters Lois Schaal and Janis (Jim) Meyer; grandchildren Benjamin, Dominic, Donna, Elaina, Charlie, Danny, Devan and Christian and many nieces and nephews.

Raymond was preceded in death by his first wife Donna (nee Kelly) Chaffee; parents Donald and Edith (nee Stultz) Chaffee and a brother in law Donald Schaal.

Raymond was Vice President of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and was a member of the men's Bible study and a former Sunday School Teacher.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral service, Wednesday, November 23th, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 177 Luther Lane, Frankfort IL 60423, lying in state from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip IL. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Good Shepherd Endowment fund, American Heart Association or American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
