RAYMOND E. PESAVENTO

Age 87, of Lockport, passed away Sunday, October 21st, 2012 at his home in Lockport.

Raymond is survived by his loving family, wife, Mary Pesavento (nee Corbley), children, Lorray "Cookie" (Ellis) Whitten, Steve Pesavento, Mike Pesavento, Richie Pesavento, Jim (Mary) Pesavento, David (Tonette) Pesavento, nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen & Mary Pesavento (nee Rigoni) and five siblings.

Raymond was a United States Army Veteran who served during WWII and a member of the Lockport VFW and St. Dennis Church.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441 Wednesday, October 24th, 2012 from 4 to 8 PM. Funeral service, Thursday, October 25th, 2012 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Dennis Church, 1214 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Lockport, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Dennis Church would be appreciated.
