Age 81 of Lockport, passed away peacefully June 13, 2013 at home with her loving family by her side.

Raquel is survived by her loving family, husband , Bobby Warsaw, children, Raquel ( David) Cichy, Susan Warsaw, Robert A. Warsaw, Thomas (Karin Carlson) Warsaw, Jeffery (Carlyn) Warsaw, Patricia (Richard) McGrath, Kenneth Warsaw, sister, Helen Escobedo, grandchildren, Michael (Kyndall) Cichy, David Cichy, Kaley Major, Jaclyn Major, Ian Simpson, Christina (Jeremy) Ralston, Jennifer (Matthew) Connelly, Matthew Warsaw, Kimberly Mitchell, Caitlyn Warsaw, Macy Warsaw, Tara Warsaw, Ryan McGrath, Daniel McGrath, 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Raquel was preceded in death by her parents, Juan & Helen Escobedo (Behensky).

Raquel and Bob, her husband of 62 years were married May 11, 1951. As a graduate of Lockport High School, she participated as a drum majorette and drummer in the high school band. She was employed with the Santa Fe Railroad downtown Chicago and The Lockport and Tinley Park Dental Groups. She loved spending time with her family especially during the holidays. Mexico, Hawaii and Las Vegas were her favorite get-a-ways. She enjoyed fishing, watching movies and music; a big fan of Elvis, The Beatles and songs from Mexico. She will truly be missed by everyone who knew her.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton St., Lockport, IL 60441on Wednesday, June 19th, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Thursday, June 20th, 2013 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Dennis Church, 1214 S.
