83, late of Matteson formerly of Blue Island, passed away March 29, 2012, loving grandfather of Joseph (Maureen) Neibert and Dawn Neibert (fiancée Robert Shepherd), proud great grandfather of Jake and Abigail Neibert. He was preceded in death by his wife Julie Talley (nee Bots) and his parents Victor and Ima Talley. Paul retired as a lineman for At&t and owned Abcets,Inc. in Blue Island, he was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving in Korea, a member of the American Legion Cal Park #1156, Great 8 District, VFW in Blue Island and the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1332 in Blue Island. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, April 2, 2012 from 3-9pm.
