Age 14, of New Lenox passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 15, 2011. Beloved son of Raymond and JoAnne nee Owen. Loving brother of Ann (Scott) Crawley, Daniel, Mary, Kathleen, Laura, Margaret, and John Mizwicki. Patrick was a freshman student at Lincoln-Way East High school, in Frankfort, where he was a Cross-Country Runner., and played baseball for the Frankfort Eagles. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423, on Monday, September 19, 2011, from 2 to 9 PM. Funeral service, Tuesday, September 20, 2011 with chapel prayers at 9:15 AM to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL.
