Age 50, a resident of Park Forest, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020. Loving father of Joshua, Faith, and Riley Kukosh; beloved son of Theresa Kukosh (Purtell); cherished brother of Patricia Wulf, Christine (George) Graniczny, Ronnie (Bev) Kukosh, and Sharon (Chuck) Raimondi and his dog Adam.
