Patricia Ann Grannum

Patricia Ann Grannum, passed away peacefully on her 82nd birthday at home, surrounded by family.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Robert Grannum; son, Robert (Jane) Grannum Jr; grandchildren, Melanie (Greg) Dubs, Amanda (Paul) Losiniecki, and Jason Grannum; greatgrandchildren, Joshua, Alivia, Brodie, Logan, Ellie, Scarlett, Cailin, Alaina, Olivia, and Logan; her son-in-law Daniel Drewry; nieces, Tammi Cooper, Lori Cooper, and Patty Cooper; and her nephews Craig Foley and James Morrison.

She is preceded in death by her parents Leroy and Mitzi Cooper; daughter Catherine Drewry; grandson Robert Grannum III; and her siblings Carol Morrison and David Cooper.

Patricia was a gentle woman who cared for her family deeply. She found joy in a lot of the simpler things in life like sewing, quilting, crafting, and bird watching. She especially enjoyed seeing hummingbirds and orioles outside on her feeders. She was a great cook and loved making anything that involved chocolate. She was also a proud member of a Bunco Club for over 50 years, where she and her friends would get to together once a month to roll some dice and share some laughs. In her earlier years, her and Robert liked to go camping together. First starting off in a tent and moving all the way up to a motor home. They could often be found camping at Potato Creek State Park or the Kankakee KOA where they were members of a club. Patricia also had a great sense of humor which she passed down to her family. Over everything else, she loved her family, and they brought such joy and happiness into her life. She will be missed by all that knew her.
