Loving mother of Joshua (Nicole) Moats and Jeremy Moats; cherished grandmother of Savannah, Weston, Jeremy, and one on the way, Adaliene; dear sister of James (Michelle) Shields; fond aunt of Irene Shields. Pat enjoyed cooking, gardening, and reading. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 4-8 PM. Interment private.
