Age 80, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, June 27th, 2022 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Patricia is survived by her loving family, children, Julie Pecho, Paul (Linda) Lockman, Brad Lockman, siblings, Thomas (Angie) Breese, James (Renee) Breese, Gary Breese, grandchildren, Gemma Pecho, Alex Pecho, John Lockman, Kathy Lockman and two great grandchildren.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo & Dorothy Breese (Worthington), daughter, Catherine Lockman, siblings, Sharon Lundy and Carol Dowd.

Patricia was a longtime member of Crestwood Christian Center in Crestwood.

Family will receive friends at Crestwood Christian Center, 4925 West Midlothian Turnpike, Crestwood, IL 60445 on Friday, July 1st 2022 from 9:30 AM until time of the funeral service at 11:30 AM. Interment, Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.
