Olivia "Cookie" McQuaid nee Scalise

Age 73, of Matteson, IL passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late John "Duke" McQuaid; loving mother of Matthew (Kathleen) McQuaid and Anthony (Mako Matsumoto) McQuaid; cherished grandmother of Maggie, Molly, Mary Cate, and Mia McQuaid; dear sister of Russell (Patty) Scalise; also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Olivia was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Scalise and Victoria nee Sadjak. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Sunday, April 26th, 2015 from 3-8 PM. Funeral service Monday, April 27th, 2015 with chapel prayers at 9:15 AM to St. Francis of the Woods, 9201 W. Saint Francis Rd., Frankfort, IL 60423 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
