Nancy Lee Wichmann Hill

November 6, 1945 — June 9, 2015

Nancy Lee Wichmann Hill, age 69, of Mokena, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Loving mother of Dr. Amy (Dr. Charles III) Lemerman McLaughlin; proud grandmother of Charles IV and Henry; cherished twin sister of Jaynie (Harold) Wichmann Olson; dearest sister of Phil (Judy) Wichmann; beloved companion of Keith Reifel; loving aunt of Jeffrey (Audra) Olson, Lisa (Jack) Olson Tabor, Curtis Wichmann, Kevin (Janet) Wichmann and Kristen Mattingly, and a beloved friend and family member to many others.

Nancy was a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and Crete Monee High School. She was an active member of Palos Park Presbyterian Community Church for 30 years and loved singing as a member of the Choral-Aires for 20 years. Retired from IBM after 30 years of service, Nancy was an avid golfer and a member of both the American Single Golf Association and the Sanctuary Shooters Golf League. Nancy enjoyed playing cards and in recent years gained a newfound joy for travel. However, her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandsons.

A visitation will be held on Saturday June 13, 2015 from 3:00PM until 7:00PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort Il 60423. Memorial Service on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Palos Park Presbyterian Community Church 12312 S. 88th Ave. Palos Park IL 60464 at 2:00 PM.
