Age 74, of Frankfort, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. Beloved husband of Theresa nee Pilitauskas; loving father of: Christine (Ron) Mikos, June (Eric) Cole, Edward, and Denise. Proud Papa of: Faith Marie Mikos, Matthew Mikos, Bradley Krejci, Tyler Cole, John Sander and Phillip. His grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was preceded in death by his parents: Norman and Leona nee Kuhlmann, and daughter Faith Hassberg. De Wayne was employed for the Ford Stamping Plant in Tool Crib for 45 years. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort, IL 60423, Friday, November 11th, 2011 from 2:00 PM until time of Funeral Service at 7:00 PM. Interment Private.
