Smith nee Kostewa; loving brother of Brian John (Jennifer) Smith and Kevin David Smith and the late Amanda Lynn Smith; cherished nephew of Debbie (Jack) Zwit and Gary (Joanne) Smith; also survived by Kimberly Weber. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel; 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 6:00 PM until time of Memorial Service at 7:00 PM. Interment private.
