57, of Mokena, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Ingalls Memorial Hospital. He was born in Evergreen Park to the late John and Theodora (nee Sagan) Kubin; Beloved Husband of Sheryl (nee Schexnayder) Kubin; Loving Father of Andrew and Alexander Kubin; Dear Brother of the late William Kubin and the late Jack Kubin; Fond Uncle of several nieces and nephews; Loving Son-in-law of Jill and Larry Schexnayder; Dear Nephew of Auntie Jean Sagan; Brother-in-law of Bonnie Kubin. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Michael's name to the American Lung Association would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, July 1, 2013 from 3:00PM until time of Funeral Service at 7:00PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Private.
