61, late of New Lenox, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Michael was born in Chicago to the late Andrew and Dorothy (nee Hollis) Bandos. Beloved and Devoted Husband of Sharon (nee Jurgens); Loving and Caring Father of Andrew (Michelle), Steven and Anthony; Dear brother of the late Kathleen Coccaro; Cherished uncle of three nieces. Michael was retired from ComEd where he spent 31 years as an Architect. He was a member of the American Institute of Architects. Michael was a loving, caring, devoted and generous man that always put others first. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 2-9 PM. Funeral service Friday, August 22, 2014 with chapel prayers at 9:30 AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Private.
