35, late of Mokena, passed away suddenly on June 14, 2014 as the result of a motorcycle accident. Matt was born in Hazel Crest, IL to James J. and Paulette E. (nee Gurosh) Domzal. Beloved husband of Carrie (nee Young) Domzal; Loving father of James Joseph Domzal; Dear brother of Paul (Brooke) Domzal and Joey (Brittany) Domzal; Cherished uncle and nephew and Dear friend of many. Preceded in death by his grandparents. Matt was a 1997 Graduate of Providence Catholic High School, a Graduate of Bradley University and played hockey for both schools. He was also an avid golfer. Matt was employed as a Project Manager for J&L Metal Doors. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 2-9PM. Funeral Service Thursday, June 19, 2014, with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15AM to St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort.
