Mathilda L. Pirolli

Pirolli, Mathilda L. “Tillie”, 101, formerly of Tinley Park passed away peacefully at Symphony Rehab in Country Club Hills on October 27, 2018. She is survived by her loving family, children: Charlotte (late Donald) Zlotkowski of Tinley Park and Alfred (late Maureen) Pirolli of Tinley Park. Grandchildren: Ken Zlotkowski, Mark Zlotkowski, Jeff (Kim) Zlotkowski, Julie (Jay) Collins, Kristi (Antonio) Rodriguez, and Nicholas Pirolli, Great-grandchildren: Eric Zlotkowski, Skye, Ruby, Leah, Jace Zlotkowski, Paul, Peter, Tatiana Kallianis, Isabella, Giselle, Luka Rodriguez, Lillian and Alec Pirolli. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lauren Zlotkowski; husband, Alfred E. Pirolli in 1978; and her four brothers. Mathilda was born to Louis and Dorothy (nee Stellman) Hein on Dec. 28, 1916 in Chicago. She attended Hirsch High School and married Alfred E. Pirolli. She enjoyed traveling, especially her trips to Europe, Egypt and Mexico. She had a good life and loved her family. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Frankfort Way in Frankfort, IL. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Church in Tinley Park. Private Interment following at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Calumet City.
