Mary Louise “Marie” “ReeRee” Chopard
age 91, of Mokena formerly of Lockport, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020. Loving wife of the late Charles Chopard; dearest daughter of the late Roy and Carmen (Alavardo) Dykes; beloved sister of the late Robert Dykes, Carmel (late Mike) Hernandez, Nancy Niemi-Groskoph, late Theresa Plaza, Roy (late Ethel) Dykes and Rosemary (Ron) Seymour. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A memorial visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox IL 60451 on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 9:00 AM until time 11:30 AM with a memorial service at 11:30 AM in the chapel. WEARING A MASK AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDENCE. Inurnment will take place privately at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
