Age 70 of Frankfort, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2015

She is survived by her loving family, husband Robert Shirley; children Diane Lane, Shirley (Greg) Howard, Karen (Doug) Weiss, Charity Shirley and James Shirley; sister Terry (Jerry) Burdaeu; grandchildren Logan, Tim, Nicole, Mary, Elise, Dalton, Jurney, Mackenzie, Dakota, Landon and Matthew; 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Peter Newman and Genevieve (Corcoran) Shapkauski.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, January 9, 2015 from 2-8pm. Funeral services Saturday, January 10, 2015 prayers in the funeral home at 9:30am proceed to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 West Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to Good Shepherd Cemetery in Orland Park. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Mary's name to St. Anthony Catholic Church would be appreciated.
