Age 76, of Lockport, passed away Wednesday, February 6th, 2013 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Mary is survived by her loving family, children, Fred (Darlene) Faybik, Steven (Sandra) Faybik, Frank Faybik, John (Lori) Faybik, Christopher (Teresa) Faybik, siblings, Frank (Virginia) Wajda, Robert Wincek, Janet Wozney, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her biological parents, Anthony & Mary Wincek (Wajda), her aunt & uncle who raised her, Frank & Ida Wajda, husband, Fred A. Faybik, siblings, John Wincek, Paul Wajda, Joseph Wajda, Dorothy Adelman and Antionette Wincek.

Mary was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.
