89, passed away, Saturday, August 31, 2019 at her daughter’s home in Frankfort. Jenny was born in Blue Island to the late Domingo and Josephine (nee Batalla) Gonzalez. Mother of Vanessa (Bob Jr.) Ferguson, grandmother of Bob Ferguson III and Katherine Ferguson; sister of the late Adele Esparza, the late Caroline Barba, the late Tony Gonzalez, Emily Valadez, Bob Gonzalez, Ofelia Marquez, Alice Sweeney, Carmen Morton, Rudy Gonzales, Geri Zamora, and Ron Torres; aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Jenny was retired after 32 years of service from the Rock Island Railroad. In lieu of flowers or memorials donations in Jenny’s name to Heartland Hospice, Frankfort would be appreciated. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Frankfort from 11:00am until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00pm.
