Maria M. Lopez, age 73, a longtime resident of Park Forest formerly of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022. Loving wife of the late Rev. Armando G. Lopez; beloved mother of Sergio (Christina) Lopez, Laura (Von Dunbar) Lopez, Josue (Carolyn) Lopez and Clarissa (Tyron) Foston; dearest sister of Gloria (late Ramon) Verdin, Irma (late Enrique) Martinez, Blanca (late Eduardo) Carlin, late Robert Lara, Antonia (Francisco) Chavez, Eva Lara, Edith Lara and Lourdes (Todd) Mayek; cherished grandmother of Mayah, Josiah, Serenity, Joshua, Ayden, Jacob, Sydney, Noah, Emery and Eliana; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was a devoted pastor's wife at The House of Triumph Church in Steger. A visitation will be held at the First Apostolic Church 22709 State St. Steger IL 60411 on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
