Age 70, of New Lenox, passed away January 15th, 2017 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Loretta is survived by her loving family, husband, Robert Polich, mother-in-law, Marie Polich, sister-in-law, Jean Krebs, brothers-in-law, James (Twila) Polich, William (Linda) Polich, several nieces, nephews, close cousins and great nieces.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, Jack & Loretta Krebs (Mullen), brother, James Krebs and father-in-law, William Polich.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 East Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Thursday, January 19th, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, January 20th, 2017 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park, IL.
