Lois M. Willis
87, of New Lenox, passed away Wednesday January 13, 2021 at her home. Lois was born in Chicago, IL to the late Bernard E. and Wilma (nee Baker) Comstock. Beloved wife of the late Frank R. Willis, loving mother of David (Kathleen) Willis, Steven (Heather) Willis, Cynthia (Kelly) Kinate, and Carolyn (Jeffrey) Day; cherished grandmother of Heather (John) Romang, Colin (fiancée Melanie Kramer) Willis, Benjamin Willis, Jessica Day, Amanda Willis, and Tanner Day; proud great grandmother of Emilia and Oliver Romang. After graduating from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, Lois was a teacher at Fenger High School in Chicago for several years before becoming a full-time homemaker. Lois was a member of Central Presbyterian Church of New Lenox. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lois' name to Central Presbyterian Church of New Lenox would be appreciated. A private family visitation and funeral service will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox. Private Interment will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
