Lindsay Rae Jensen

Lindsay Rae Jensen, born on May 4, 1980, of New Lenox passed away peacefully on December 31, 2014. She is survived by her devoted family; parents James and Patricia (nee Derrig) Jensen; brother Dan Jensen; sister Carly (Mark) Mitrovic; nephew Emmet Rae Mitrovic; grandmother Helen Jensen; she was loved by many special aunts, uncles and cousins. She was welcomed to heaven by her grandparents Michael and Alice Derrig and her grandfather Robert Jensen. After Lindsay completed her schooling at United Cerebral Palsy and Elim Christian, she attended Wishing Well N.F.P. day training center in Frankfort where she made many great friends. Although her time here was short she has left a lasting impression on those around her. She spent her last days in the presence of her caring family. She will always be remembered for her loving nature, sweet smile and sassy attitude. A celebration of Lindsay's life will be held at at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Sunday, January 4, 2015 from 1:00pm until time of memorial service in the funeral home chapel at 3:00PM.
