67, of New Lenox, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at his home. Larry was born in Chicago to the late Joseph and Violet (nee Ursini) Kozar. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Ducett); loving father of Matt (Danielle) and Chad; cherished papa of Madison, Weston and Lilly; dear brother of Marty (Debbie), the late Joseph (Kathy), Barbara (late Tom) Kucharski and Suzanne Kozar. Larry was an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan and lover of Vegas and the casino. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox IL 60451 on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 3pm – 8pm. Funeral Services on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:30am to St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Private Inurnment at St. Mary Cemetery, Mokena, IL. The family has requested No Flowers, instead donations to the ALS Foundation in Larry’s name would be appreciated. WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE. NO FOOD PERMITTED IN FUNERAL HOME.
