Kevin J. Pedersen age, 55 a longtime resident of Mt. Greenwood, passed away at his home on Monday, June 6, 2022. Loving husband of Diana Pedersen (Peterson); beloved father of Jordan, Taylor, Alyssa and Kevin Pedersen; dearest brother of Kenny (Connie) Pedersen, Charise (Mike) Lepore, Beth Ann (Bob) Gallagher, Kristin (Donny) Pedersen and Keith (Joy) Pedersen; best friend of Chuck Alexander; his dog Mela and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Rosemary (Wedster) Pedersen, Sr. Kevin was a Certified Fire Investigator. He was a Chicago sports fan and he loved racing. A visitation will be held at Curley Funeral Home, 6116 W. 111th St. Chicago Ridge, IL 60415 on Thursday, June 9, 2022, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services on Friday, June 10, 2022, prayer service in the funeral home chapel at 10:30 AM leaving for St. Christina Catholic Church, 3342 W. 111th St., Chicago IL 60655 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Alsip. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Jude Children Research Hospital or Christmas Without Cancer would be appreciated.
