Kevin A. Durbon
56, late of New Lenox, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. Kevin was born in Chicago to the late Raymond and Dorothy (nee Smith) Durbon. Beloved husband of Audra (nee Banevicius) Durbon; loving father of Ann (Ryan) Nelson, Kristie Carvotta, Kevin (Megan) Durbon, Christina Kutz, the late Christopher Kutz, Amanda (Donald Jr) Woodard, Dean (Nikki) Kutz, and David Kutz; cherished grandfather of Cheyenne, Michael, Madison, Colton, Christopher, Ava, Ryanne, Taylee, and Donny; dear brother of Bev (Fred) Howalt, Gale (Darrell) Coleman, and Gary Durbon; loved uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Kevin was a retired heavy machine mechanic and a member of IUOE Local 150. He enjoyed fishing, boating, water sports, and sitting by the fire. He was a go to guy who loved helping others. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated. Due to COVID-19 and IDPH Guidelines, private family services were held. A public Celebration of Kevin’s Life will be held at a later date.
