Judith A. Lusk

Judith A. Lusk, age 81, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
Judith is survived by her loving children Holly (Mike) Griff, Julie (Mike) Clendenning, Peter (Stacey) Lusk, and Andrew Lusk; grandchildren, Alex, Kelsey, Emily, Joshua, Ashley, Brandon, Nathan, and Cayden; and her sisters, Rita (Pat) Kennedy, and Beverly (Bud) Cascone.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Harlow Lusk; daughter, Wendy (Tom) Lucas; and her parents Peter and Josephine Bruno.
Judith will be remembered for being very active in her younger years by playing tennis, and swimming. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading mysteries and romance novels. Judith was strong in her faith, and often volunteered through church and elections. She spent many years as a crossing guard and would also enjoy following the stock market. Most of all she loved her family. She proudly raised 5 children and enjoyed any time she could spend with her grandchildren. She was a strong and loving lady and will be missed by all that knew her.
Services for Judith will be held on Friday, July 15, 2022, with a visitation at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road in New Lenox, from 2pm-7pm with a prayer service being held at 7pm. Per Judith’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
