Johnnie F. Lazenby
Age 81, a longtime resident of Lockport, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2017 at Salem Village Nursing Home under the care of the Joliet Area Hospice. He is survived by his loving family; children Sandra (Pete) Nickel and Johnny (Lynn) Lazenby; grandchildren Crystal (Rodger) Guendling, April Nickel, Peter (Lisa) Nickel, Kimberly Nickel, Cathy (Robert) Morrow, Amanda (Fiancee Charlie Zultowski) Lazenby and Chad Young; 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Mazella Lazenby; parents Charlie and Flossie Lazenby; siblings Everett, Ernest, William and Opie Lazenby and Georgie Coffee. Johnnie was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Family will receive friends on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton St. Lockport IL 60441 from 3:00PM until 8:00PM. Funeral services on Saturday, April 29, 2017 in the funeral home chapel at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Estates, Lemont.
