JOHN "JACK" W. CASEY

Age 55, of New Lenox, passed away on Thursday, June 23rd, 2016 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Jack is survived by his loving family, wife, Ruth Casey (Judd), children, Danny (Valerie) Casey, Amber (Alex Snapp) Casey, siblings, Daniel Casey, Kevin (Denise) Casey, Maureen (Ken) Dukes, Eileen (Angelo Bautista) Casey, Colleen (Dan) McLean, granddaughter, Molly Casey, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, John E. & Patricia Casey (Gaynor) and son Adam Casey.

Jack was employed by Estes Express Lines in McCook for more than 20 years.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Sunday, June 26th, 2016 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
