72, of Tinley Park, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. John was born in Chicago to the late Allen and Helen (nee Laff) Kropp. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Beaver); loving father of the late James Kropp, Robert Kropp, and Diana (Jose) Guzman; cherished grandpa of Jesse Guzman, Christian Guzman, and Robert Kropp Jr. John was retired from Central Steel and Wire. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 10:00am until time of Funeral Service at 12:00pm. Interment with Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
